Title: Web Content Management Workflow Consultant
Role/Responsibility:
Work with stakeholders and SMEs to perform and analysis of existing publishing processes and systems integrations
Work with stakeholders and SMEs to deliver process designs and recommendations based on actual system capabilities
Develop and deliver workflow designs that can be implemented on SDL Tridion
Work with the Sr. Manager Interactive Marketing to develop a roadmap for implementation
This position will is responsible for designing automated workflows for the content publishing process on our global websites.
We want to further extend the capabilities of SDL Tridion by simplifying and automating the publishing process across marketing teams and systems: content owners, editors, translators and web site developers.
The system integration will take place across the request management platform, web publishing platform and SDL TMS translation management system.
The engagement will be limited to workflow and integration designs based on actual system capabilities.
The actual implementation of the workflows will be done through subsequent engagements.
Skills Needed:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively and provide leadership in a team environment
Previous experience with the design and implementation of automated workflows in an enterprise class web content management system and web publishing platform
Experience establishing roles and permissions on an enterprise class web content management system
Knowledge of SDL Tridion is highly desired, experience with comparable platforms required
Previous experience working in Marketing in the high tech industry
Basic understanding of web localization
Experience with analysis, requirements definition, solution development, testing and launch of Web/technology projects
Technology literate, especially with Web technologies
Pragmatic attitude and ability to keep things simple
